SAN RAMON -- In a preview of next week’s playoff game, two of the top San Ramon outdoor teams met in the last regular indoor season game of the year. As the game was meaningless as far as standings and playoff seedings, the coaches just let the girls go out and play without any added pressure.

Kaitlin Lord had goalie duties in the first half and Riti Sachdeva played goalie for the first time this year in the second half.

Allison Lee started the scoring for the Earthquakes. Alicia Seronio showed flashes of what she showed the week earlier and burned the Strikers for two goals. Kaitlin Lord scored a goal in the second half and Jillian Weber rounded out the Earthquakes scores with two of her own, one coming in the very last second of the game.

The Strikers were playing without their top player, so it will be interesting to see how the Earthquakes are able to do against them next week.
